How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping arrives within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are Alpha-H products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are formulated for all skin types. However, because we use high-percentage active ingredients like Glycolic Acid, we recommend patch testing first or starting with our 'Gentle' range if you have reactive skin.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receipt for assistance.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Alpha-H is proudly cruelty-free and we do not test on animals. Most of our products are vegan-friendly, though a few contain sustainably sourced beeswax or silk proteins; please check the individual product pages for full ingredient lists.
Can I use Alpha-H products during pregnancy?
While many of our products are safe, we recommend avoiding high-strength Vitamin A (Retinol) and Salicylic Acid during pregnancy. Always consult with your healthcare professional before starting a new skincare routine during this time.
